I am a firm believer that real estate is headed in the same direction as the rest of the business world - online! People prefer sitting in the comfort of their own home to research their next home purchase; it's easy, you get dozens of pictures for each house, all of the listing information, and it only takes a few minutes of your time.
I recommend starting your home search online to my clients and it ends up saving their time and resources in the end. I can give you a list of homes to take a look at and the client can narrow that list without having to physically check them out. Once we have the list narrowed we hop in the car to pick the best one for their needs.
